Aurora-R6, won't turn on

Hello friends, 

My Aurora wont turn on anymore {see video}.

I tried all the following steps..:

- Changing outlet, changing power cable, removing battery

- removing all external connection {usb lan ..}

- trying different output on the PSU 

- removing Ram, changing placement..

- disconnect GPU, HDD, M2 SSD, CD/DVD

The only time it don't turn off is when I remove the motherboard power cable. 

Any idea or suggestion?

The machine is only 3 months old T_T
