Aurora R7, 3rd party liquid cooler, 20 second wait until power on
I've just installed a Cooler Master ML120 lite liquid cooler to replace the original air cooler for the i7-8700, then, I had one problem. which is every time when I press the power button, the PC powers up, the 3 strips LED turned on, fans on, but there is no power/signal out to the keyboard and the monitor, until prox. 15-20' second later (some times more) then the keyborad power on, the Alienware Logo starts showing on the monitor, everything works fine once the pc is booted up.
if I want to restart the system, sometimes the monitor just stays in black (no signal) for ever. so I need manually turn of the PC by press the power botton for seconds, then turn it on again.
My psu was 460W, but now I upgraded to 650W PSU, still like this .
Fan cable to TOP FAN,
Pump cable to PUMP FAN
Any ideas? Thanks.

Was it doing this after the cooler-upgrade but before the PS upgrade?

OK, then likely related to the new liquid cooler.
If you press F12, and run ePSA Diags, do the 3 fans (actually 2 fans and a pump-impeller) report like in the bottom of this post?

during the ePSA, there are 3 errors showed up.
1. Error Code: 2000-0511 Validation: 115029 // CPU FAN failed to respond correctly
since its been replaced to liquid cooling, I don't have CPU Fan anymore, why still showing this? pump power conect to the PUMP FAN.
2. Error Code: 2000-0511 Validation: 115029 // TOP FAN failed to respond correctly
3. Error Code: 2000-0511 Validation: 115029 // FRONT FAN failed to respond correctly
**No errors when system powered on. Only if I run ePSA
all fans are working during the test. but still getting the errors.
I tried 3 different liquid cooling kit, COOLER MASTER 120 LITE, COOLER MASTER ML120L and CORSAIR H60. all have some problem. need to wait 20 to 50' seconds till the Alienware Logo show up. (before that, no signal to monitor no power to Keyborad)
The top fan used : NOCTUA NF-P12 REDUX 1700 PWM with COOLER MASTER, because the cooler master's fan can't work, will keep showing error when power on. used the kit Fan on the CORSAIR. no problem.
**I also tried different PSU 650W. same problem.
once the system is booted, everything works fine.
still can't find the problem for causing the delay when power on.
