Aurora-R7, headphone jack not detecting
I recently purchased this PC, I have had it for a little over a week now. I bought a headphone splitter so I could have audio input and output. It was working fine, then one day I turned on my computer and the only audio output source it was detecting was to my monitor. I then updated all my drivers and everything and it worked. Now I just turned it on and its not working again. The only output source detected is my monitor. And im using the same headphones and headphone splitter.

Test with a normal pair of speakers or headphones. The 1/8 jack should only have 3 metal contact-bands on it.
Test in back jack and also the front one ... NO SPLITTERS or other adapters.

Well, if the back jack isn't working (and you are sure it's not the headphones/speakers or drivers) ... for this Aurora-R7 owner , Dell had to replace the motherboard to fix it.
