Aurora R7, test button working but wont power on

i have an aurora r7 that i turned off this morning to rearrange my cable management so i shut off my computer and unplugged it for a couple hours and when i plugged it back in and went to turn it on it had no sign of life at all so i had my stepsister come over who is who gave me the pc and is very knowledged with computers and she said she had no idea what is wrong with it we saw in another post that it might be the cmos battery but my pc should run without it right?? it shouldent be stopping my pc from booting on right? anyways it takes a cr2032 and i put a cr2025 just incase it was a dead battery since i dont have a cr 2032 but it still didint work you guys think its my battery  and i need to speciflcly get a cr2032 or its another problem? if so what and how do i fix it, if you guys say replace my mobo its kinda obvious to do that but i dont really have the money to do that right now so if theres any other thing that could be wrong??
