Aurora R7, upgrading GPU/CPU, RTX 2080 Ti?

Hello, i have an R7 with GTX1070, i7 8700 (non k), 16gb ram. I am planning on upgrading to a RTX 2080 ti 11gb. and was wondering if it would be a good match? 

i know that my R7 probably has the 460w power supply. Im also needing some help in deciding on what PSU to go with. Ive heard that alot of people like the EVGA G3 but other people tell me to buy a OEM 850w R7 PSU. I also noticed that the DVD drive has a possibility of not working due to some cables not fitting? Forgive me, i am not very knowledgeable on these types of things and am trying to learn as much as i can. I am asking for some help from the community in wich option to go with. If someone can enlighten me i would be most grateful! Thanks in advance!
