Move the 3 pin connector to the rad fan header. You can't disable the check, its a built into bios safety feature, but the pump is supposed to be plugged into the rad header, cpu header blank, for an AIO. That should clear the message.

Hey man what does it mean rad fan header ? Do have any screenshot that hepls me to understand...
So you saying me to connect my cooler fan connector to motherboard top fan connector and the 3 pin connector to the motherboard pump connector ?

Yeah, plug the 3 PIN pump connector into the header called "pump_fan". It's the one located between Top_Fan and CPU_Fan. That's how I did it and I have no fan error messages. I was thinking it was called "rad_fan" because it goes to the radiator, but you're right I just checked and it is called "pump_fan." In the stock setting, the AIO 3PIN pump connector is plugged into "pump_fan," and CPU_fan is only used for air cooling.

How and where did you hookup the two fans on the radiator. They may be incompatible. All fan/ AIO issues read as a CPU fan issue.
On the usb connector: There's no way to disable CPU fan control in BIOS like the instructions for the H80 say. You're going to need to plug the radiator fans into the Top_Fan header, and not use corsair's usb speed control cable/software. Use a Y splitter if they can both physically fit. If you still get an error then the fan is incompatible and you need to use the oem fan. But i think the included fan may be ok.

If in any case my fans are not compatible so can you tell what type of fans should I buy for my cooler ?
And i will buy also y splitter to try in that way and my cpu fan header on the motherboard is blank nothing connected to it.

That's how I would do it, but I am at a complete loss at how you'll be able to fit a 49mm radiator + 2 x 25mm fans sandwiched up top and still close your case.

@Sergio_R8 :
First of all, please confirm that you are using H80i and not H80i v2. With the v2, both fans are PWM 4-pin fans. The H80i comes with 3-pin fixed speed fans. I believe you said the fan connectors have 3-pin so it is H80i but just to reconfirm.
There are 3 headers on the R8 board: TOP_FAN/PUMP_FAN/CPU_FAN
When using AIO cooler, only TOP_FAN and PUMP_FAN headers must be used. Do not use all 3. Plug the AIO pump connector in PUMP_FAN and the fan(s) connector to TOP_FAN. If there is more than 1 fan, like the sandwich you have in the H80i, use y-splitter as @r72019 recommended. I have tested out a variety of fixed speed fans (92mm Noctua/ 120mm Corsair stock fan from h55), and they do not cause the BIOS to barf.
The only PWM fan we know here that does not throw a BIOS CPU fan check is the Corsair ML120 Pro. Must have word "Pro". Cannot have "RGB" behind that.
I'm curious as to how you manage to stick 25+38+25mm stack of fans and radiator into the top of the R8 and still close the swing arm mechanism. I was cutting it close with 25+27+25.

That explains it. The Dual 120mm SP Series PWM fan is not compatible with the R8 motherboard. You'll need to buy Corsair ML120 Pro to replace them. If you want 2 fans, you also need to buy a y-splitter cable.

Ok i will buy ML 120mm pro fans . I'm looking for these model from Amazon please conform if that ok .
Corsair ML120 Pro, 120mm Premium Magnetic Levitation Cooling Fan, CO-9050040-WW
And i will get also y splitter so once i have all the stuff then i connect 3 pin cooler connector to the motherboard pump fan and 2 cooler fans connect using y slipper to the top fan motherboard connector?? That's right.
And i will leave cpu fan black nothing connected to it ? Right ....

That is the correct fan. I recommend buying 1 to try it out first. I did that and bought more. Now my Amazon history shows I have bought it 4 times for my R8.
Yes, y-splitter to connect 2x ML120 Pro fans to TOP_FAN. Y-splitter tends to confuse ppl because only 1 connector has 4-pin. Another is 3-pin. This isn't a defect. The RPM from fan should come only from 1 fan that's why the other connector is 3-pin.
Correct, do not use CPU_FAN.

If you haven't already, before taking it apart I'd still try connecting 1 corsair h80 fan into top fan header, pump into pump header, and seeing it it works. The 2000 rpm sp120L works, but the more common lower rpm 1700/1900 rpm sp120 does not work. I'm not sure which one you have.

The H80i v2 comes with SP120L PWM. So why isn't it working?

The h80 comes with 4 cables from the pump, one to power the pump, two to connect the two fans to the pump, and a fourth 3PIN usb cable connector to power the fans. To work as per the instructions, the fans need to be controlled by corsair downloadable software, and fan speed disabled in bios. My take of the various tid bits offerred was the OP was connecting (or at least trying to) the usb cable to the cpu header, and fans to the pump, but hadn't tried a direct connect of the fans to fan header.
Admittedly, I'm still incredulous with just about everything in this specific AIO thread for a number of different reasons and had been going back and forth on whether to ghost it.
EDIT: I'll let you take it. Too many cooks in the kitchen. @GTS81
