Aurora R8, some games don't load

I am trying to run two games in particular, The Lord of the Rings Online and Dungeons and Dragon Online. I have an Alienware Aurora R8 computer but the games simply don't load when I try to run them. Checking with Standing Stone games, looking at the Windows 10 files the issue seems to be the Alienware Control Center software. It's crashing those two games the moment I try to run them. Do someone has found this problem before? Or is there a workaround to prevent this from happening?
