Aurora R9, Alienware illuminated logo gone out!

Hi, just had to reinstall Windows 11 Pro due to regular blue screen crashes. Microsoft said they thought it must be corrupted. Installed the new operating system ok and started downloading Alienware software/drivers. Now when running the AWCC, the vertical Alienware (previously) illuminated logo on the back edge of the case doesn't seem to be recognized any more. Can only control the skull and front ring. As far as I am aware, everything else seems to be working ok.

Any suggestions or help gratefully received.
