If you go into BIOS, do you see your primary boot drive listed there? If not, the SSD/ HDD where Win10 is installed has failed. You'll need to replace that.
If you do see the device listed in BIOS, then on a different PC, create an OS recovery drive using a USB thumb drive. You can find the instructions here:
Did the error come up after installing a new drive / reconfiguring the boot drive (eg encrypting it), or out of the blue? If the former, I would say boot manager may need to be reconfigured.
I tried manually booting but it says something along the lines of "no bootable device". I'll tell you the truth, the rig was given to me to satisfy a debt and the guy didn't tell me he had an admin pass and then refused to tell it to me. So I wiped the drives thinking that would help. Bad move, I assume.

I would just do a clean install of windows 10, in thay case, since there's nothing you need on the boot drive anyway.

Of course, that comes with the catch that you lose all data on your current SSD/ HDD. You may want to contact Dell too for technical support.

I ran the advanced diagnostics and both the HDD and SDD passed the full length tests.
I'm actually getting bios error (02) flags (01) which would indicate I need to reset the Cmos on the MB, no?

Seems like you know what you’re doing so you could go ahead and try that CMOS reset.
Aurora R9 is very new so I’d say make use of the Dell support.

You could verify this by f12 on startup and manually selecting the boot drive, fyi.
