AW2518H, display is just jumping
My AW2518H Nvidia G-Sync display is just jumping like the icon looks double. I don't know what to do? I reinstall my graphics divers already. I have a Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 290x 8GB.

See if this helps-- Alienware AW2518H Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) Monitor Troubleshooting Guide | Dell US
Run the diagnostics. It could also be a problem with the 7 year old video card. Run the Dell diagnostics.
Test the onboard graphics. You would have to physically remove the current video card to test the onboard video.

That is a somewhat older card that supports Freesync, but not Gsync.
The monitor only supports Gsync.
It looks to me like the Freesync does not work well with the Gsync module and causes display issues.
I would use the ADM drivers and disable Freesync, and see if the issue goes away.
The link below discusses how to enable it, but disabling it would be using the same menu's.
Disable Freesync at driver level
