AW2725DF, unable to use 360 Hz 1440p at all

I just got this monitor yesterday and the maximum resolution refresh rate is 240 Hz at 2560x1440p. It is advertised to be able to run at 360 Hz at 2560x1440p. How do I get it run as advertised? I'm also using the DisplayPort that came with the monitor. Why am I unable to use 360 Hz? I bought it specifically for the 1440p 360 Hz as advertised.

What is the video card, and did you install the Windows monitor driver for the monitor?

Typically I use Windows to select the refresh rate. Do you have more than 1 monitor connected to the graphics card?

Reviewers seem to have no issue running it at 360 Hz. you might have a faulty unit, but I somehow think it's another issue you are experiencing.

Best to assess warranty options by clicking on the get help now button in the lower right corner of the screen to contact a Dell agent.
