AW3418DW, cannot add AMD FreeSync via firmware?

This is disappointing = AW3418DW, add AMD FreeSync via firmware?

I've always had sync issues with this monitor from the day I bought it. Paired it brand new with a Nvidia 2070 super and changed the hardware down the track to attempt solve issues, spending thousands and getting no where. Trying it on family and friends hardware it was always the same result, terrible sync issues.

Dell choosing not to adapt, locking customers to only one brand of GPU to use is unfair, especially when they have spent so much money on a dell product.

I have since decided to go with another brand of Monitor and will never return to any of Dell products due to them not wanting to further support this monitor.
