AW3423DW, input delay
Hi there,
Today, I got my AW3423DW that I've wanted badly. But, once playing FPS game with this AW3423DW, I felt bad latency and some delay in mouse movement. So I measured the input latency of this AW3423DW. The result is minimum 5ms of scaler side latency. In contrast, Neo G8 that I also got has scaler side latency of JUST 0.4ms.
12x difference is such huge difference. Is Dell Alienware support team aware of this latency issue? My AW3423DW firmware is M0B102.
Thanks.

Click the DELL-Cares username. On the resulting page, click "Send this user a private message". Provide to them the private monitor Service Tag.
Or you may click the "Get help now" on the right to Chat with Dell agents.
You did not tell us if you are using a wired USB mouse or wireless? Nor did you state if you tested all four USB-A ports?
The online AW3423DW User's Guide states for all USB-A ports =
