AW3423DW, LEDs not working

Haven’t found any other posts about this.

All the led lighting on my AW3423DW has stopped working. I’ve tried =

turning the FX on/off

turning the monitor on/off

unplugging the power to the monitor

unplugging the display port cable

installing the ACCA software

But no matter what I try none of the LEDs come on anymore, not even the power button lighting. With no display cable connected the FX lights should at least come on in blue when the monitor is powered on but that isn’t even happening. It seems that whatever circuit in the monitor that powers the LEDs has gone bad.

Has anyone else had this happen?

How about using the OSD menu to access RGB options? You should be able to control them directly from the monitor menu using the joystick.

Page #47 and onwards in the user manual: User manual

@Vanadiel  The joystick lets me turn the FX on/off and change color of each zone but none of the LEDs actually turn on.

Thing is they use to work and I had them all set to red, but maybe 2 days ago I noticed that they were all out.

@Greatzippy Sounds like a malfunction if that is the case. Best to use the get help now button in the lower right corner of the screen as they can help you further with warranty repairs.
