AW3423DWF, bubble smear marks on screen from packaging

So for starters, I bought this monitor at Best Buy unboxed it. I noticed when I was unboxing it these bubble rub marks all over the screen 100s of them if not 1,000s. I reached out to dell for a replacement. Then dell offered a replacement managed to send it to the wrong address but I was luckily able to get from that wrong address. Then once the replacement monitor was received it has the exact same bubble marks all over the screen. Then to top all that off they were suppose to send me a shipping label in the box with the replacement that was never in the box . How are you going to sell a 1,000$ monitor with screen defects? Its not just a couple of scratches or marks  it’s 100s. The fact that I have to deal with going through several replacements just to get a monitor that’s not defective on the display is ridiculous. I will be contacting dell once again for my second replacement. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with dell. I don’t understand why you guys can’t just put a plastic screen protector on before shipping. The bubble wrap around the screen it’s causing marks with vibration during shipping. Hopefully I can just this resolved. Beyond frustrating.
