AWCC OC Controls incompatible with Virtual Machine Platform
This is what I see when I am trying to look at my OC/Monitor settings/feature for CPU/GPU/Memory. I've seemingly tried everything. Everything was working fine yesterday, today I open AWCC and ONLY see the GPU monitor/OC feature, so I uninstall AWCC entirely, reinstall it, and this is what I have been running into ever since. I have updated BIOS, uninstalled/reinstalled AWCC, installed the AW OC controls software, etc. Running out of proposed solutions here. Anything helps, thanks!

BC604, thank you. While this option does "resolve" the current issue, Dell needs to work with Microsoft and release an update to fix this issue. IT was working before with no issues. Not sure the security risk outweighs the need to "see" the CPU and Memory performance.

The way I look at it is: when was the last time you had a security issue? Most users will respond and say they never had a security risk....

hi you also have to stop the integrity core memory as well just search for it on Bing.
But that still only fixes the readouts it's the power plans that need to get fixed as the program will only show a balanced mode as seen in the top left of the image that's the problem now even after a cloud reset but it could be down to the latest image as it is, in fact,
the H22 windows 11 version but after having the high-end G15 5521 after 9 weeks of ownership is driving me crazy, stopping these programs kills windows security and lets malware in all too easy. If this is the best Dell solution available, boy are we in trouble now!

It does not kill windows security. It does turn off a windows security feature. Before this feature was available and turned on, your system more than likely ran fine and no malware made it in.
It's not the end of the world to turn the feature off for now, until an update has been posted.

@steadler Hi, I use Virtual Machine for Programming purpose can i use AWCC with Virtual Machine I mean we have came way to far now in 2024 still any luck because i am facing some trouble.

FIXED as i had Oracle VR on my device after uninstalled it i got back online thanks guys
but i think this should be fixed as some need VR environment on their system
