Can't Get A Price.

PRELUDE:

I just wanted a price - that's all. I wasn't asking for the combination to Fort Knox safe.

It's not private is it? How much does it cost to get price for what it will cost to get that 'service'.

DETAILS:
I got a popup telling me there updates available. I clicked the popup link - Yes - it was safe.
I clicked to update (install) "All".
When done, the "Here's your 90-day activity summary. On far right I saw a greyed out "Not In Your Plan". On Mouse over it said "Get virus and malware protection". I clicked that.
Scrolling down past the ads to "Choose a plan that's right for you". I believe I might have
"ALIENWARE CARE OR PREMIUM SUPPORT". Well, I sure don't know which it is, but, that said, it has a "Renew now" button. I clicked that but then it wanted the Service Tag. I eventually found it and entered that and was presented with a generic "Extend or Review Your Support Services" form.
The form is to "Submit a New request" and my request is to know how much does it cost to renew.

SUMMARY of Part 1:
It appears I have to arrange a date and time to ask the Agent - 'How much does it cost to renew my plan'.

SUMMARY of Part 2:
But there is no price. BUT, I checked, and behind the Virtual Assistant (VA) "Need to troubleshoot or get support for..." notice bubble I discovered a "get pricing" bubble.
I clicked that.
Same thing as #4 above. it states "To extend your warranty, please choose how you would like to contact a Dell Sales Advisor:"

Has no one though of a order form to checkout, pay, then go. No appointments necessary:)

QUESTION:
What does extending my Service Plan cost, "

It seems if my warranty expires Feb 2027, I get the renew price quote right away

but if it expires Sept 2026, I get the request form but not price. Like chino said each pc may be in a class that triggers a different response from Dell matrix. Anyway the first price quote is for reference

My sincere thanks to everyone. Everyone has posted good-to-know information. It makes sense to raise the rates the longer the device is used.

I have a rule that none of my devices ever goes to Facebook so their 'Messenger' is out.

I did have a bad time with the "Virtual Assistant' before posting here. IMO, it needs some serious Intervention :)
