Command Center and BIOS Language Settings Question for Aurora Ryzen Edition

Greetings! and apologies in advance for the long story!

I currently live in germany and I am planning on ordering an Alienware Desktop from the dell portal there, and I had a concern maybe some of you can assist with.

Since probably everything (BIOS, windows, command center) will be preconfigured in german I am interested in switching it all to english as soon as the PC arrives (I am not a german speaker). I understand that windows 10 will allow english language packages to be installed, so that in theory should be easy, however I have read from other consumers in germany that they have had a lot of issues with the alienware command center in particular, which seems to remain in german even after windows (and maybe even bios) is switched to english, and even a command center reinstall from US site does not seem to work.

My question for current alienware owners or dell support is, are language settings easily available for both bios and command center (without any bios updates) or is there some limitation here I should be concerned about? (when I talk to a german agent through chat they just say "sure, you just have to go to your "settings" but provide no actual direction as to where this might be).

I am posting the question here because the dell forums on the german dell site are like the world of the walking dead, so I don't expect much of an answer there.
