DELL RTX 3090 OEM info
Alienware Aurora R12
I called DELL technical support twice today.
The first call, the lady, after entering my service number and verification, promised to help me, says wait on the line ... play the melody and after 10 minutes the call ends. I call again and now explain to the gentleman what it is about, after entering the service number he tells me that he is going to solve it and is looking for the information I wanted ... I am waiting ... I am waiting ... in 5 minutes from what I wanted ... I answer and so that he is looking for information after 10 minutes that they do not have that information but that he is looking for it on the Internet and that I can find it there too. There I tell him if he can send me an email with information and he sent it to me....I open the email and I can't believe my eyes, he sent me a link to the DELL community forum and to a thread that has no answer!!!
The bottom line is that DELL absolutely cannot help you from a technical point of view.

@Vanadiel
Information about flood original thermal pads, as installed from the factory.
You can get that information from all GPU manufacturers in the world, but never from DELL!!! I don't know if it's a secret or they themselves don't know.
I am adding an MSI example.

It's an OEM made by MSI, so unless they specified it you will not find that information.

Bro, I know it's OEM and it's made by MSI.
But how are you supposed to service the GPU without the necessary information hmmm ???
Now you can argue that you will simply use the washers you have and that's it, but you can't put a 1mm washer where there should be a 1.5mm or even a 2mm washer.
Are you going to keep trying until the temperatures seem OK to you??? Disassemble and reassemble and all the time ???
This information must exist, but the DELL company is simply a shame for service and technical information!!!
Or imagine that your RTX 3090 OEM DELL is constantly overheating and you will not be satisfied, they will exchange it for a new GPU forever, or will it be logical to change the thermal pads and paste???
But how will the DELL repairman do it if he doesn't know what pads to use???
The conclusion is that I will buy a PC and components from other companies!

"how are you supposed to service the GPU"
"This information must exist"
Incorrect. Dell does not "service" video cards or offer disassembly documentation to do so. Dell agents will assist in troubleshooting the video card. If faulty and the PC waranty is still valid, the video card is exchanged.

@Real_Boy85 If you google the 3080 OEM on Youtube, there's a video of someone disassembling and "improving" the VRAM cooling on their 3080. Now I am not saying you should try it out, because it will void your warranty, but he does go over it step by step.
I personally have never needed to service any of my GPU's, and my OEM 3080 is happily working in my son's rig. I never had it overheat, not even in the R10 chassis it was originally in.
I would not recommend servicing a GPU, because it's often a pretty complex operation.
If you go to Youtube, search for "dell 3090 thermal pad replacement". Be aware it voids your warranty and it's not officially supported.

I appreciate your effort, but I watched all the videos on the Internet, but no one disassembled the new card except Nexus, and he measured the thermal pads in two cases. He wasn't sure about the scale either. And the others who put in new thermal pads are just guessing whether the size they used is correct. Changing pads and paste is the easiest thing that can be done, but doing it correctly is another matter. Then I read that the core is cool but the VRAM reaches high temperatures and other problems. As I wrote above, I will never buy anything with DELL. I know everything about computers and service, but you must always have correct information for service. It's like with a car, you can't put a different seal than they recommend, etc.
