Does replacing case fans void the warranty?
Does replacing case fans void the warranty? I would like to put quieter ones in but do not want to risk loosing the warranty.

So to clarify more, it would void the warranty to the extent you damaged the PC doing the upgrade, or the user upgrade damaged the PC (for example if you Y split 4 fans and burned out header; or if your new fans were improperly wired to the board). Otherwise your warranty should be fine, but you'd likely need to put the PC back to OEM configuration before getting any warranty service on the PC (as troubleshooting is performed in OEM stock configuration).

I read in another thread that people use the Corsair ML120 pro with LED just fine. The fan spec that says no LED, no RGB seems quite old in the R9 era.
Can I get a confirmation if anyone here running with LED? The non-LED ones sold out in my country

It does NOT void the warranty to open the case and upgrade components. It only voids the warranty if you damage the OEM (as shipped) equipment you purchased.
Of course, any new products you add wouldn't be covered by Dell, but the Dell stuff still is , presuming you didn't damage it in the process.
