Drivers for Dell GeForce RTX 3090?

Hi I recently purchased a Dell GeForce RTX 3090 (pictures below). I know it came out of a Dell Desktop (looks just like the ones in Alienware Desktops). I'm looking for the drivers to get these going on Windows 10.

Before I purchased it I was shown a video it running properly but the seller was running HiveOS. This was even failing benchmark tests in my rig on Windows. The seller said I need the drivers from this site but I can't seem to find them and I'm new to Windows computers.

Drivers are not really custom to this card. They are all based of the official Nvidia drivers.

Nvidia drivers: Nvidia

Dell drivers: Dell

If it failed a benchmark test it likely is a faulty card, or there's some other issue like a power supply issue.

You can give it a shot with those drivers.

You should simply be able to download drivers for that RTX GeForce card from NVIDIA. I'm kind of stumped on why the seller would say drivers from Dell's site.

I have the R11 and 3090 and have no issues what so ever. I get all my drivers from NVidia. Here’s some info on the Dell/Alienware rtx3090

Thanks a lot! If it is in fact a faulty card, where do I reach out to Dell for warranty concerns? This card can barely be more than a year old.

All warranty questions should be going to @DELL-Cares

They are best equipped to provide warranty answers.

Could link me to the specific page you get your drivers from? Thanks

The RTX 3090 requires at least a 750W power supply. If it's running ok except for the benchmarks, this is the first place I'd look. The card itself uses 320W.

mitchelllawler,

The video card does not have a stand alone Dell warranty. The Dell warranty is attached to the sellers Dell desktop.
