Keep getting BSOD: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - USBXHCI.SYS

This page at Windowsclub may help as it deals with that error. That error is associated with the USB driver/controller driver. Have you tried uninstalling the USB drivers and device?
