Sound production computer in whole

For me it is important that the computer produces as little noise as possible.

I currently have an Aurora
- Intel i7 4930k processor
- cpu cooling
- 3 GB GDDR5 NVIDIA Ge Fotce GTX 780
* the machine gives little noise

Looking for a new machine I come to:
Alienware Area 51 R5
- Intel® Core™ i7 7820X (8 cores, 11 MB cache, tot 4,5 GHz met Intel® Turbo Boost Max 3.0)
- Liquid cooled NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1080 met 8 GB GDDR5X
- Alienware™ 850 Watt voor Multi-GPU
* So no cpu cooling possible. Is the cooling so sufficient that I hear little noise.

or
Alienware Aurora
- Intel® Core™ i7 8700 (6 cores/12 threads, 12 MB cache, tot 4,6 GHz , met Intel® Turbo Boost technologie)
- Dual NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1080 hver med 8 GB GDDR5X (NVIDIA SLI® kompatibel)
- 850 W EPA-chassis, liquid cooled, met ODD
* So no cpu and video card cooling possible. Is the cooling so sufficient that I hear little noise.
