temps nor lights working on alien ware R1
i have a alien ware r1 which i got from ewaste originally it was on Linux lite and the lights were blue on it until i installed windows 7 with the recovery disc while i was setting it up the lights suddenly stopped working i installed alien command center from the r1 drivers page on dell and its not detecting my lights nor temps on the pc yes the board has a orange light which means its getting power ive installed older versions of control center with no luck at all ive installed windows 10 still the same thing all drivers are installed that i know of thank you plz help

R1 can be Area51 R1 or Aurora R1 or X51 R1
for legacy pc first replace cmos battery with new battery then clean cmos by motherboard jumper.
try clean install Win 7 only and then clean install AWCC for Win 7 for that particular model of AW

For Aurora-R1 desktop (circa 2010), install Windows-10 (64 bit) and use AW-CC 2.8.11.0 (but no higher). Works fine here.
You can also force Windows-11 onto it (with that same AW-CC). Again, works fine here.
Should be the same for large Area51-R1 desktop because it is also Intel-X58 and similar MIO-Board architecture.
If actually a baby x51-R1, we would have to dig that up for you.
