Aurora R10, they solved the problem for me
I had the same problem with my R10. I contacted technical support, and they emailed me the BIOS update. Now I can play without any issues. It is possible, they just ask for some details regarding the TPM version, Windows OS, and your location. It took 48 hours to get it resolved!
