The AW2720HF and AW2720HFA are technically the same. "A" are sold outside the USA.

AW2720HFA :DELL product page
AW2720HF: DELL product page
Based on the tech specs listed on that page, the HFA frame is deeper and support USB 3.0 hub versus USB 3.1 GEN 1 hub for the HF.
The HFA also seems to have different options for GTG, but that could just be an omittance on the specs for the HF and they could be identical.
HFA: 4 ms (grey-to-grey fast); 2 ms (grey-to-grey super fast); 1 ms (grey-to-grey extreme)
HF: 1 ms (grey-to-grey)
The panels themselves are likely identical.

Thank you for fast response, but is it not satisfed me. In Russian stores available for buying the both models. So, the main question "where the difference", because they have even a difference in price around $50 and probably they can have major difference inside with fixing some factory mistakes which had in previous model.

The EU would also imply ROHS which is mandatory for EU.
The European Union (EU) Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive regulates the use of certain chemicals in the manufacture of electrical and electronic equipment. RoHS was first introduced as a European Union directive (2002/95/EC), which went in force in 2003. It requires heavy metals including lead, mercury, cadmium, and hexavalent chromium and flame retardants, such as polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) or polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), to be substituted by safer alternatives.

We in Technical Support were told the "A" is a regional marketing notation. We cannot speak to pricing. All you and we can do is a side by side comparison of the technical specifications listed in the online AW2720HF User's Guide and the online AW2720HFA User's Guide. Which show both as having the same dimensions and USB 3.0. I would trust them over the specifications listed on the sales site. Notice the last page of the AW2720HFA user's Guide includes an additional EU notification.

That is two ways of saying the exact same thing though. There's no difference there.

I'm more confused with Dell's chaos in specifications.
Follows description on these pages:
AW2720HFA :DELL product page
AW2720HF: DELL product page
Obliviously difference is: shipping weight and display panel weight, USB Hub version.
BUT. Follows the PDF documents for those models no technical changes are found.
DELL, please synchronize all places. That's no good for buyers.
Right now i'm understand what i'm understand nothing.

Usb 3.0 is the exact same thing as usb 3.1 gen 1. It was just renamed (new naming convention) but its identical. Same thing.

Thanks all for your replies. Now i see what no point to search the difference. Literaly, changes only in naming only.

USB 3.0 = USB 3.1 Gen 1, 5Gbps
USB 3.1 Gen 2 is the updated 10Gbps
