14X R2 running slow after alienware respawning
I bought my alienware 14X R2 in March and used alienware respawn twice. The laptop runs slower and slower every time I respawned it. While gaming, it keeps becoming extremely slow for a few seconds and return to the normal speed. What is going on and what should I do?

Hi LuQQ,
Did you try restoring the computer to factory settings using Alien ReSpawn?
Run diagnostics on the computer as it seems to be a hardware issue. Refer the video below to run diagnostics:

I did restore the computer to factory settings everytime using Alien Respawn.
I ran diagnostics, but no problems were found. My computer passed all the tests.
What should I do then?
