Alienware 14 is stuck in sleep mode
So yesterday before work my laptop was fine. I u plugged it from the charger, put it in sleep mode, and closed the lid. I came home today and it won't leave sleep mode. The light around the power button is on and Changi g colors, but no fans come on. Pressing buttons does nothing. Pressing/holding the power button does nothing. Closing/opening the lid does nothing. And doing any of the above with the charger cord plugged in does nothing other than change the lights colors.
What's wrong and what do I do to fix it?

I will recommend you to open the button cover remove the battery, perform a power drain and then put it back in. after that I will recommend you as well to run a PSA diagnostic just to make sure all the hardware is in good conditions.
