Alienware 17 R3 doesn't fully charging even when desktop mode is disabled
After Windows Update, My Alienware start not fully charging, and stuck at 75%. I already disable the desktop mode, but nothing happen. i already update all my dell and alienware driver. Any idea what can i do?

Hi ,
You can try a power drain, also make sure the BIOS is up to date.
