Alienware Area 51 v2 Not Working Please HELP

I can get to a blue screen describing some different things that I should do, I clicked the option that completely resets the computer but it didn't work after a few more reboots I decided to try some different options I believe one of them was a diagnostic thing but it said that it failed. I cannot even get into the sign in page for windows only the alienware loading screen and the blue page where it lists some options. It won't even let me start the computer in Windows Safe Mode I do not think. I only got to the reset option because I turned it on and off again and the all green screen was a result of numerous attempts at restarting the computer only to lead to the all green screen several times

Try leaving it completely off and un-plugged for a while. Try Windows Safe Mode. 

What "Factory Reset" did you do? How were you able to do that if it was "all green screen rendering it unresponsive"?

You might try being more descriptive. Does the BIOS boot logo appear, can you sign-into Windows, that kind of thing.

Press F12 on boot.

Run ePSA (Hardware Diagnostics) outside of Windows

Does it pass? If it fails, write down or take a pic of error screen.

It does not even let me press F12 on boot, instead it either takes me to the all green page or it takes me to the reset page. I have left it off for 7 hours.

After trying to boot a few more times I am receiving a message it states the following:

The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart installation.

This is what the message said, I clicked OK and it brought me straight back to the same message I clicked OK again and now it is stuck on a fully black screen which is unresponsive.

i have few ideas but i see Alienware-Rodrigo already replied and i don't want to create a situation where i tell you one thing and he tells you another. so maybe you better wait for Rodrigos response.

I don't mind trying a few things whilst he is doing other things.

Turn computer OFF.

Connect know-good wired USB keyboard to USB port on back of computer

As soon as you turn computer ON ...

Start tapping the F12 key about once every second. Do NOT just hold it down.

If F12 menu does not appear, you can try F2 key on boot instead

Run ePSA (Hardware Diagnostics) outside of Windows

Does it pass? If it fails, write down or take a picture of error screen.

It does not let me do either of those things, it just takes me back to the error that I stated before

since your Area 51 does not respond anymore during boot up, try to reset your bios.

1. turn off your PC and pull the Power Plug.
2. open left side panel.
3. you should see a Coin Cell Battery above the PCIe x 16 Slot 3. pull it out.
4. Hold the Power On Button for a Minute.
5. put the Battery back in.
6. put everything back together.

now start your PC and hit F12, then pick ePSA.

I am glad to say that there has been some progress. I can launch a sort of bios page it says the following:

CMOS Battery Fail !!

Time and Date Invalid !!

RTC is reset, BIOS Setup default has been loaded.

Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility.

That's as far as I have got, I have tried to press both F1 and F2 but nothing is happening I have also taken the coin battery out twice and repeated the process nothing happening each time when I get to that stage.
