Alienware M18 motherboard
Hello,
I have an Alienware M18 bought from US, now using in Vietnam. Few days ago, motherboard died, I call Dell Malaysia ask for techican bring new motherboard come over and replace but when they come and check the SN of the motherboard said wrong SN, and did not match with the service tag I have.
Would sb have any email or ways to contact Dell US to check out this for me coz I did contact through website but always received: "
We are unable to verify the service attached to the Service Tag or Express Service Code you have entered. Please verify your entry. If you recently purchased a system, please try again in 48 hours or contact us by phone."
My laptop service tag is<

As long as the part numbers match, the machine should work without issues. Can you check if the part numbers are equal?
Did the tech install the motherboard at all?
