Keyboard and Command Center are not working

1. Keyboard - If I press too hard or too many buttons, then the File Explorer will open up 
So while I am gaming this will happen and it will minimize my games 

I want to disable all commands/shortcuts/whatever for the keyboard - how can I do this?

2.  Alienware Command Center will not open up 
The only way to get it to open up is to reinstall it, then after I shut down or sleep it will fail to open again.  I have already tried downloading it from dell but when I went to install it, it said "you have the latest version already"
