M11x Hinge Issue
All of a sudden my m11x's screen became loose. The hinge issue! I am afraid to open and close the lid, as it started scratching the area around the hinges and it makes cracking & breaking noises. It no longer revolves around the hinge axis, but loose and wobbles and does not stay closed when closed.
Please help me navigate the maze of support to get a replacement on this lid. The laptop is less than a year old.

It took an additional 30 minutes but I got through and they will dispatch a replacement part tomorrow and hopefully this problem will be a thing of the past. thank you.

I am currently "on hold" on the telephone with them. It's been 20 minutes 19 seconds so far. Still on hold. I'll try to send them an email, but the USA Dell support team refuses to check Alienware issues (they did before) maybe I did something wrong; I will try again. Thank you

My m11x in the past few weeks has started to develop some play in the screen when its up, i can move it freely about 5-7cm before it stops. The screen will stay up but has the play in it and makes cracking noises. When closed i can lift the screen up about 5-7 as well before the hinges stop the free play after which i have to lift it like i normally would.
