My Computer Keeps Freezing (x51)

Recently my Alienware X51 has been freezing at random time when I'm playing any games.

It freezes, and the sound stutters and no matter what key I press nothing happens. I have to shut it down.

When I leave the computer on for a while and It goes to sleep it also doesn't wake up. I have to restart the computer as well. When I turn down the settings on my games it doesn't happen but I need to find a solution.

When I turned on my computer after this happened once I got a message saying something about memtest.exe

When I turn my computer back on I this windows report:

.ZIP or .RAR up the minidump and include the XML file and post it on a free file site, or dropbox link and someone where will look at it. 0x116 errors are usually VIDEO_TDR_ERROR meaning the video card failed to reset. Could be driver, RAM, faulty or corrupt HAL.DLL, or failing video card. Usually you'll get artifacts and other weird stuff if it is video card failure.

Memtest was mentioned probably asking you to do a memtest in Windows under Start -> Control panel -> Administrative Tools -> Windows Memory Diagnostic. Most blue screens mention this or if anything else changed on the machine (Hardware/Software, etc.)
