Tried to Factory Reset my Alienware 13 with Alien Respawn. Error 0x4001001300001002 ocurred, now can't boot up

As the title says, I was trying to reset my #Alienware13 after it had some software trouble that was making it impossible to use.

I was doing so and that error occurred, which led to now the laptop giving a blue screen when turned on saying it can't boot up and that the PC needs to be repaired and that I need recovery tools in an installation media.

I think I had downloaded recovery tools a few months back to do this reset, but now the computer isn't reading them.

What can I do?

Also, it's randomly shutting off while on that blue screen.

Thanks in advance

0x4001001300001002 this is permanent failure.

A recovery process can fail if it is interrupted by pressing the keys, or turning off the power before the recovery is complete. The recovery process will pause for several minutes when it finishes reinstalling the operating system. If any action is performed, or if the power is turned off, the recovery may fail. If you touch any  keys it will stop the process and crash the setup of the original software programs. The recovery process is not complete until a prompt is displayed to log on to the computer.

I didn't press any key nor turned the power off.

By permanent do you mean it can't be fixed at all?

AlienRespawn is not supported on Windows-10.

So, if you in-place upgraded from Windows-7 or Windows-8 ... you were suppose to just uninstall AlienRespawn and never use it again.

The exception might be a self-bootable AlienRespawn flash drive you created years ago (when you first got the machine). That might work if you didn't change the machine's HDD/SSD in any way over the years.
