Very Bad Customer Service - Alienware Tech Support

I have been going through a nightmare, dealing with Alienware Tech Support.  It's been going on for over a month and half. I purchase a x51 desktop and the wireless always drops or cannot find my network, after 5 minutes. I call the tech department and they deleted my drivers and was unable to fix the problem. I had to send in my x51 to Dell and I had to call them, because I never heard from them. Every time I called someone would tell me something and would never do it. I even spoke to supervisors. They finally replaced the x51, but as soon as I got it. The same thing occurred with the wireless connection. I called back to tried to speak to a manager and the rep. said he would call me the next day.  3 days later, no call. It seems, that they do not care. I tried to speak to a customer care person and he wouldn't try to help me, either. He just transferred me back to the support department (very rudely). I'm trying to be really patience, but I do not know what else to do. Does anyone know a address or a phone number I can call?  Should I report them to an agency?

BTW, I still under warranty.
