M17x R4 won't boot after configuring RAID 0

I have a new M17x R4, 750 GB x 2, I assumed it was already configured for RAID 0 (it says 1.5 TB RAID 0 when you're building it) but it wasn't, I did it myself but now I get the following error on startup :

"For Atheros PCIE Ethernet Controller v2.0.5.9(06/01/11)

Check cable connection!

I've tried loading the BIOS defaults and I made sure that SATA is set to RAID.
