Hi @MMOSER LTD welcome to this user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
Visit Support for Alienware 15 R2 Drivers & Downloads and click on the [Check for Updates] box to customise Dell updates for your system.
You did not say what version of the Windows operating system is being used by your 15 R2. If not already installed, please download and install Windows 10 x64 Version 21H1. The Windows 10 Update Assistant will provide window update versions: update to version 20H1, then update to version 20H2, then update to version 21H1.
Please click on Kudos to say thank you for response from user that is not employed by Dell. Please share an update on progress, so that other users derive benefit from your experience. Thank you.

Hi @MMOSER LTD you can use Intel Driver & Support Assistant to automatically identify your products and get driver and software updates for most of your Intel hardware.

If you're having troubles finding the correct device driver then you can go to the Device Manager and locate any of the unknown devices. Right click on the device and select Properties - Details and select Hardware ID from the Dropdown. Just copy the Hardware ID and search for it online. Then you can try to find the correct driver in the Support section of this website under Drivers and Downloads using your Service Tag or go straight to the device manufacturer for a driver.
