15 R3, dedicated TPM or PTT?

Under bios security, there is Firmware TPM with options to enable or disable. what would the option be with a dedicated TPM? is it possible to determine whether dTPM or fTPM from the motherboard schematics?

does PTT store the drive VMK just as a dTPM does? 

if so, does the following action clear PTT:

1) disable then enable firmware TPM

2) disable then enable secure boot

3) disable then enable uefi

4) toggle secure boot mode between standard vs custom  

5) upgrade or downgrade bios from cold boot 

This web page has more information on how to find out if you have PTT but almost without a doubt you would not have dedicated TPM. Your system is on the Dell list of Windows 11 compatible systems. That would mean you have Secure Boot, TPM 2.0 (PTT), and a gen 8 CPU (probably the Kaby Lake R CPU).
