Alienware Command Center for Notebooks includes AlienFX Lighting Control. I linked to the latest version.

Support for Alienware 15 R3 Drivers & Downloads now provides Dell Update/Alienware Update Application | Driver Details | Dell US. The 'Alienware Command Centre Package Manager' should be listed in Programs and Features.
Please run the Alienware Command Centre (AWCC) to determine if the AWCC FX tab is available and visit the keyboard LED options to reinstate RGB lighting. See Alienware Command Center User Guide | Dell US.
