15 R3, stuck at logo

i was watching youtube video when my 15 R3 randomly crashed it said watch dog. Now when ever i boot up its stuck at the logo. I can go into the boot options and bios but thats it. I try running the diagnostics test from the bios but the screen goes black when it checks the hard drive. Not sure if that means the hard drive is messed up. But when i go into the bios it still recognizes the hard drive so idk any help would help so much.

Hi @proyo  welcome to this user to user discussion forum.

Remove WatchDog Malware infection. Swap out infected OS(C:) boot drive and swap in your standby OS(C:) boot drive. Use Malwarebytes Free (or similar) to remove all malware from infected Windows operating system.

Please try running a PSA/Diagnostic test from the Boot menu. Let us know if you receive any errors.

I tried that it gets stuck and freezes when its checking the hard-drive. Does that mean its the hard-drive ?

Yes, the hard-drive has malware infection and will not boot into windows.
