15 R4, AGA, RTX 30xx, work?

Will the AGA (Alienware Graphics Amplifier) work with a 15 R4 and RTX 30xx series Nvidia video card?

There won't be a definitive answer until one of these RTX 30xx series cards ends up in the hands of end users, and it's tried.

Anything until then is just speculation.

These aren't due to ship until late September and into October (2020).

You can order them now but depending on what cpu you have in your computer the 3080 and the 3070 are the best options.
