15 R4, Alienware mouse light stays on when going into hibernation

The issue with the mouse is when I'm actually putting the computer into hibernation.  When I leave the computer to go into hibernation by itself, then sometimes, the keyboard light stays on.

This is normal. Some lights will remain on depending on the PC's power state. You can avoid it by going dark before going into those power modes.

You can also try BIOS update and AWCC re-installation, but you will likely end up with the same behavior.

This is not normal.  Lights should go off when the computer is put into hibernation.  Tech support logged onto my computer and tried reinstalling the Command Center, even a previous version of it, but I ended up having to do a Windows 10 factory reset to fix the problem. 

Got hit by a bunch of updates today and the problem has returned.
