I tried a lot of googling and also search this forum, could not find any answer:

My Alienware 15 R4 had unfortunate Windows update. Don't remember the version BUT after the update I can use only external monitor.

If there is no external monitor attached, the Alienware flashes 7 blue and 2 red flashes (LCD failure).

Updated all drivers, disabled the Intel GPU from device manager - nothing. 

Even the BIOS is not displayed on the internal screen all goes to the external monitor.

can anyone help me please?
