I am having the same issue as this 3 year old thread. after remove the windows from the computer, i cant reinstall the windows. dell cares does not care about customers. i had an issue with my computer i tried to contact them and they replied nothing after my key was expired. i do feel that i wouldn't buy again a dell computer not because is bad, but for the people that they put to help us, so feels they don't want to.

blue light, once i really tried hard to fix this, but dell never provided anything to support, not even a reply after the guarantee is finished, so I am very disappointed with dell, and all my followes are very aware of it.

Linux and AlienFx does not work on Alienware 15 R4! I spent almost 3k with this machine and i am suffering a basic turn off lights! this is so bad!
