Unless the factory restore partition is still intact on the hard drive, or you've made an image of the system as shipped, what you want to do is not going to be possible. The WIndows DVD you have is a standard install DVD -- it will simply load a default image of Windows 7 on the system - it does not contain all the Alienware software and drivers. You'd then wind up doing hours of patching and driver installs, and then apply the upgrade to Windows 10 once more.
If the restore partition is still there, it's accessed with F8 at powerup. If it's not, and you do have an image you made, restore that with whatever utility you used to make it. If not, just do a clean install of Windows 10 -- you'll wind up in the same place anyway, without hours of patching Windows 7 first.

Hi @o00TheMan00o welcome to the user to user discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
Going back to an earlier Windows Operating System and then updating back to Windows 10, you may find that many old applications will not work. Better to research and download the current version.
You could install the Alienware theme and there are many examples on the internet.

I think you can just reinstall windows 7 via the CD Like @ejn63 said but also use the other disk to install all the drivers. Those drivers are old so I’d recommend installing the newest versions of each via Dell.com/support and then proceed to use the Windows 10 Upgrade program downloadable here:https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/windows-10-update-assistant-3550dfb2-a015-7765-12ea-fba2ac36fb3f
