17 R3, plugged in, not charging, #2

Bought the Alienware 17 R3 in December 2015 (6th Gen core i7). Last month I noticed that the battery wouldn't fully charge to 100%. Then I completely discharged it to see if it charges again. So, it only charged up to 45%, then stopped charging. When I unplugged the AC adapter, laptop turned off by itself. When I tried to turn it ON, it wouldn't since it gave me the warning that the battery had failed.

So, I had to get a new battery. After installing the new one, it is still doing the same. First, it charged up to 75%, then stopped. Then I fully discharged & started to charge again to see what happens. Now, it only charges up to 35%, then stops charging.

FYI: As far as I know, I have updated all the firmware, BIOS, OS etc to the latest version. Also, tried taking off the battery & pressing & holding the power button for 30sec. Nothing seems to be working. I'm also out of warranty. So, I don't know what to do now.
