17 R3, wireless network card can't boot (error 10)

Original equipment （killer 1535） seems broken, it can not connect the internet so I bought a killer 1550 instead of the old one but it always cannot boot with windows 10 the drivers reinstall many times, but the problem still exists. so I wonder what problem is the wireless card? the motherboard or operation system. by the way, I have replaced other 1550 when this problem occurs first. waiting for your help, thank you.
