17 R3, won't turn on?

I've had my Alienware laptop for about 4 years now and it's never done this before. I have no warranty anymore. I recently replaced the battery in it but that didn't solve anything but keep the paper light on. It slowly blinks like it's breathing. When the ac adapter in plugged in it's a blue light but when it's unplugged just using battery power it's a mix of yellow red and green so I'm assuming an amber color? But when I push the button the fans don't kick on and the screen doesn't turn on. I plugged in my TV via HDMI, still nothing, external mouse doesn't wake it up. I'm not sure what the problem is. Anything helps!
