Try EBay -- but compare the cost of a newer complete system, which may wind up less expensive and will allow something your current system never will -- a CPU that's supported by Windows 11.
If you're wanting to replace the CPU or GPU on this laptop then you can't as these are soldered to the motherboard on the 17 R4. You have to replace the whole board which usually isn't cost effective compared to replacing the entire laptop.
